Requests for donations must be received no later than January 1st of the calendar year of the event.
Eagle Scout donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
Please remember that we are an independant, privately owned, company and we receive numerous donation requests. As much as we would like to honor every one, it would be impossible to do so. We have a predetermined amount of funds dedicated for each year, so be sure to get your request in as early as possible!
We only accept one request per organization per calendar year.
